The idea to establish the IJCML was created during the difficult period of COVID-19, where local authorities were at the forefront of engaging with citizens, concerns, needs, health, safety and wellbeing.
This is why we decided to bring municipal leaders from around the world together.  Learn from each other, building up professional work as well as growing together.
The emphasis on the Jewish identity of the leaders will strengthen Judaism around the world and will connect us on a new municipal level
