Adv. Nisan Ben Hemo
Mayor of the city of Arad since 2015 and the Chairman of the Negev council which unites the Mayors and Heads of settlements in the south.
He was born in Arad in 1974. His Parents came from Haifa and were on of the establishers of Haifa. He completed his military service in 1998 as major. Today he is a Deputy Commanding Officer in the reserve battalion. From 1999 t0 2001 he was sent as part of a security delegation to South America.
He has a bachelor degree in Law and a bachelor degree in Business which he completed with excellence, from, the IDC Herzliya. Was certified as a lawyer. He operated as a legal adviser, vice president and board member in the “Networks” company, from the RedBintgroup.
